This atta gives good soft chapaties provided it is kneaded atleast 30 mins before and with good quantities of water since it tends to become dry soon on exposure to air. It can be rolled into chapaties, puri and other items. It has been seen that when kept properly, it keeps good even in rainy season without developing insects.
